Description: National Geographic Workshop FlyerNational Geographic’s Ocean Initiative will be hosting a free workshop on Wednesday, November 2, in Galveston designed for the marine recreation community, including boat/dive charter companies, dive shops, park rangers and lifeguards. Participants will discuss what they have done to motivate and inspire guests to be stewards of the ocean environment and how they can be a part of ocean conservation to ensure a future for continued ocean recreation. The event will be held in the Historic Hotel Galvez from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm.
