WHITE OAK BAYOU ASSOCIATION MEETS NOV 15

The White Oak Bayou Association’s annual meeting will take place Wednesday, Nov 15, at 6 pm at the Historic Heights Fire Station on 12th Street, between Yale & Heights Blvd. The meeting will begin with refreshments and a social hour, and at 7 pm Aaron Krochmal, PhD, University of Houston Downtown, will speak on “Impact of Channelization Mode on Movement Patterns of Biota in the White Oak Bayou Watershed.” Kevin Shanley, chair of the Bayou Preservation Association, will present “Low Impact Development Options” following Krochmal’s talk.
