Description: Natural beekeeping provides training for individuals interested in learning how to keep bees. The goal is to support sustainable, organic beekeeping. This class includes the types of hives, where they can be kept and how they can be managed. The class will follow the methods outlined by Ross Conrad in Natural Beekeeping. As part of the class, participants will drive to one of Jennifer’s bee apiaries kept on land in the 5th Ward.
