Description: The People Powered Parade for Complete Streets is for Houstonians seeking balanced transportation policies to ensure our roads and communities are safer, more livable, and welcoming for all, whether young or old, motorist or bicyclist, walker or wheelchair user, bus rider or shopkeeper.

Teams are encouraged, including banners and shirts.

All modes of transportation that are directly human powered are encouraged.
