  1. Grant Proposals to Control Invasive Plant Species. The Pulling Together Initiative is seeking proposals that will help control invasive plant species. The project must prevent, manage, or eradicate invasive plants through a program of partnerships and public awareness. First Annual Meeting of the Chambers Recovery Team. “Challenges and Opportunities for Nature Tourism in Chambers County” will be the topic for the first Annual Meeting of the Chambers Recovery Team. The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at the new Visitor Center of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, 4017 FM 563, Anahuac.
