Description: The Friends of Mandell Park are holding their 5th Annual Plant Sale March 27 from 9 am to 1 pm at Mandell Park on the corner of Richmond Ave. and Mandell Street. Hope you can make it. The Friends group have completed their master plan for restoration and development of a wonderful park. All proceeds from the sale go toward the implementation of the park plan!
