Exploration Green Needs a Part-Time Assistant Land Steward

The Clear Lake City Water Authority is seeking someone passionate like YOU to join our team as a part-time Assistant Land Steward at Exploration Green!

Exploration Green is more than just a park: It’s a vibrant hub for nature enthusiasts, wildlife, and the community, and you’ll be on the front lines!

• Keep our irrigation systems running smoothly.
• Ensure all park features, from trash cans to dog stations, are maintained.
• Monitor the property for invasive species and work with experts to control them.
• Participate in workdays, learn valuable skills, and gain experience in environmental conservation.
• Collaborate with the Land Steward Coordinator and our awesome volunteers to keep Exploration Green thriving.
• Don’t mind getting your hands dirty (literally!).

Bonus points if you:

• Have a passion for the environment and a love for learning.
• Are a team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Can work independently and take initiative.

This is a part-time, flexible position.
