Houston City Council Agenda- March 2 & 3, 2022

Consent Agenda Items
Agenda Item 3 is a contract with SER Construction Partners for Watonga paving and drainage.
Agenda Item 5 is for the Fondren Road Paving and Drainage Project.
Agenda Item 15 is a contract with TCEQ for operation, support and Maintenance of City of Houston Air Monitoring Stations.
Agenda Item 20 is the amendment of the contract with Housing and Corp- Iklo Construction for City Hall basement restoration as part of the Hurricane Harvey Project.
Agenda Item 24 the FY2016 flood mitigation assistance home elevation project by Planet Three Consulting Corp.
Agenda Item 26 appropriates $262 K out of the Water & Sewer System Consolidated Construction Fund for testing Laboratory Services.
Agenda Item 29 appropriates $1 M out of Dedicated Drainage and Street Renewal Capital Fund for FY2020 local drainage program.
Agenda Item 30 appropriates $1 M out of Dedicated Drainage and Street Renewal Capital Fund for drainage and paving improvements.
Agenda Item 32 awards a contract of $25 M to Reytec Construction Resources for Green River Drive and Chatwood Lift Station Diversion.
Agenda Item 33 is for waste management services granted to Shep Boys for the collection, and transportation of solid waste and industrial waste from commercial properties.
