Welcome, Bianca Hoffner!

Please join CEC as we welcome the newest member of our team, Bianca Hoffner.   Bianca is an internship student who began working at the CEC in January. She is currently working on her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Houston and plans to attend law school once she graduates. Bianca is currently involved in Phi Alpha Delta (a pre-law fraternity) and the Energy Association on campus. She discovered the CEC through the Civic Houston Internship Program at the University of Houston. She hopes to specialize primarily in Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law in law school and believes she will learn an extensive amount of beneficial information from the CEC. She is currently working on gathering bills filed by the 85th Texas Legislature that have an affect on agriculture, energy, the environment, land & resource management, natural resources, and urban affairs.
