CEC would like to extend congratulations to Artist Boat, which, last week on June 30, 2016, became the owner of 548 acres of land! 216 acres donated in fee title with a stewardship trust fund from The Preserve at West Beach, $7 million in grants paid for the balance of 306 acres, and Moore’s Island donated, too!
