It was a slow week for pre-filing, with only 5 bills of particular environmental interest.

House Bills

HB 423: Relating to prohibiting the land disposal of computer equipment and certain television equipment.
HB 457 : Relating to the allocation of certain revenue to the Texas emissions reduction plan fund and the Texas rail relocation and improvement fund.
HB 463 : Relating to the ability to mow, bale, shred, or hoe material on a state highway right-of-way.
HB 469 : Relating to the allocation of certain motor vehicle sales tax revenue to the state highway fund and to the uses of that revenue.
HB 471 : Relating to safety equipment requirements for certain cyclists; changing the elements of an offense.
