House Bills
HB 323: Relating to tort liability arising from a volunteer’s operation of a Parks and Wildlife Department motor-driven vehicle or motor-driven equipment.
HB 342: Relating to periodic reauthorization of municipal building permit fees.
HB 363: Relating to the creation of a task force to conduct a study and develop recommendations on the efficacy of the continuation of daylight saving time in this state.
HB 373: Relating to the allocation of certain revenue from the taxes imposed on the sale, rental, or use of motor vehicles to the state highway fund and to the uses of that revenue.
HB 376: Relating to the additional tax imposed on land appraised for ad valorem tax purposes as open-space land if a change in use of the land occurs.
