The Jesse Jones Park Volunteers (JJPV) invite the young and young at heart to an afternoon of Halloween festivities including carnival games, live creepy critters, stories, hayrides, and a trick or treat trail in the woods. Costumes are encouraged! Free admission, including tickets to venues. Extra tickets may be purchased on site from JJPV.
