Grand opening for Clear Creek Paddling Trail – Join us as we show support for the new Clear Creek Paddling Trail. The project, which is a part of the Trails Master Plan, will connect four parks and a public boat ramp along a 9.5-mile stretch of Clear Creek. It is a joint effort with the Harris County and Galveston County parks and recreation departments. Most of the upgrades will be at Countryside and Heritage parks. The improvements are to include way-finding and interpretive graphics at creek access points, directional and mile marker signs, accessible connections to parking lots and landscaping.
