Join us for this seasonal cooking class which will feature fresh vegetables, fruits and/or meats available at the farmers market. The focus is on how one can cook with the seasons. Participants will have an opportunity to prepare food during the class. We are asking students to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class. Please check in at the greeter’s booth.
Chef German is the executive chef and owner of the new Roots Bistro. Chef German formerly was the executive chef at Ruggles Green restaurant.
