Have you ever wondered what lies hidden behind that chain link fence
along Avenue U in Galveston–what “mysterious” government activities
are happening in your midst?

There’s really nothing mysterious about what we do–IT’S SCIENCE!

Come paint a mural, look through a microscope, tell us what you love
about the ocean, visit sea turtles, examine specimens, check out boats
and equipment used for research, and more…

This is a FREE, family-oriented event. Activities are suitable to all
ages, and some activities will help Scouts complete requirements for
badges related to ocean science and conservation.
