“This film examines the claim that most, if not all, of our chronic and degenerative illnesses can be controlled, or even reversed by removing animal-based and processed foods from our diets. Follow the documentary as it traces the personal journeys of Dr. T. Colin Campbell, a Nutritional Scientist, and Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, a renowned surgeon and head of the Breast Cancer Task Force at the Clinic.
Forks Over Knives will invite you into the lives of actual patients, as doctors guide them in switching to plant-based and whole food diets to treat their illness ranging from heart disease to diabetes. See the various victories and challenges that they experience along the way.” Envision Media
