Party for Our Planet 
Earth Day Houston is the city’s premier Party for Our Planet held on Saturday, April 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Earth Day Houston celebrates a day of family entertainment, environmental education, and the Green Expo!

The FREE one-day celebration will focus on the merits of mindful, sustainable living while educating and encouraging Houstonians to preserve, conserve and enhance our city and the Earth.  Developed four years ago by Air Alliance Houston, Earth Day Houston is a community centered, family friendly event open to the public and free for all to attend.

Planned activities include the Earth Zone featuring interactive environmental awareness activities highlighting land, air, water, sustainability, healthy living and wildlife and habitat, and includes an Eco Landscape Zone and a Farmer’s Market in support of locally-grown produce, plus the Kids Energy Zone and stage.  In addition, recycled art projects and live musical entertainment will round out the day.
