Description: Embrace the mystery by joining us for Night Woods Mystery. Venture with a team into the forest seeking clues in a scavenger hunt type experience. Clues will not only enlighten you about night creatures, but will also guide you to the “secret” location for a relaxed wine and cheese mixer. Concerned about getting lost? Don’t be. Each team will be given flashlights, a walkie talkie, HANC volunteer, and a bevy of good clues to ensure an excellent and safe nighttime adventure!

Instructor/Guide: Your host will be Jaime González, who has been an environmental educator in the Houston area for more than 10 years and currently serves as Community Education Manager for the Katy Prairie Conservancy and President of the Coastal Prairie Partnership. Jaime will begin the evening with a presentation on night sounds of the forest.

Cost: $40 for members, and $55 for non-members
