Description: The social time will begin at 6:30, followed by the business meeting and speaker. This month’s speaker is Sandra Musgrove, with the Harris Co. Flood Control District. She will be speaking on Buffalo Bayou and the plans to prevent further erosion and improve the water quality using hydromorphologic techniques. She will explain what these are and how they will be implemented.
