The instructors will exchange ideas on what has worked nationally and locally, share experience and use case studies that show cities that have transitioned to become vibrant again. Specifically, you will learn about place making, end use strategies (including transit oriented developments) and the local government resources that are available to promote sustainable revitalization in communities.
