Description: The 78th Federal Duck Stamp will go on sale on June 24th with a ceremony at 9am at Bass Pro’s Outdoor World at Katy Mills Mall. 98 cents of every dollar raised by the stamps go to the purchase or lease of wetlands around the country. The speakers at the event will include artists James Hautmann and Abraham Hunter, representatives from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Postal Service, Bass Pro Shops and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Executive Director Carter Smith.
