NOTICE OF LAWSUIT AND COMPLAINT
This is to advise of a lawsuit regarding direct, indirect, and cumulative traffic noise impacts and noise abatement filed in federal district against the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) on March 7, 2011, regarding the US290 Corridor project, which calls for the
expansion of US290 and the expansion of elevated mainlanes for 610 between 290 heading south to IH-10 and the construction of elevated interchange structures. THIS LAWSUIT CONTAINS A PARKLANDS AND ARBORETUM CLAIM AGAINST THE FHWA. TxDOT was not named in the suit.
