Come hear Laura Spanjian, Sustainability Director for Mayor Parker, speak at the Houston Sierra Club’s general meeting on Thursday, May 12th at 7:30 PM. She is responsible for directing and coordinating projects and initiatives that improve air, land and water quality in Houston.
Find out what’s been done and what’s in the works for renewable energy, energy efficiency, green buildings, recycling and composting, alternative and clean transportation, local food production and more livable neighborhoods.
