Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination

This CWI workshop will be part of the implementation activities that were identified in the I-Plan, and will be repeated on an annual basis to share specific information about the minimum control measures required by MS4 Phase II Permits. For this workshop, topics will include: regulatory mechanisms, detection plans, educational outreach, and national trends.
