Description: Are you interested in bird watching? Whether you are a novice or an expert, join the Nature Discovery Center’s free guided bird walks through Russ Pitman Park during fall and spring migration seasons. Warblers, vireos, thrushes, flycatchers, orioles and buntings are just a few of the types of migrants we might see. Staff members or volunteers familiar with local birds will lead the walks.

We meet on the front porch before our walks through the park. Just drop in!

Bring: Your own binoculars. (Or if you need to borrow a pair, please call ahead to make sure we have some available.)
