Description: Telge Park & Little Cypress Creek Preserve. Northwest of Houston on Telge Road about 22 miles from the Arboretum are two small parks of 111 and 58 acres, respectively. They are just north of Highway 290 and not far from each other. Trails lead to ponds, woods, marshes, and some open areas where you can observe the many flowering plants of spring.

Please wear appropriate footwear for walking through wet or dry fields, bring drinking water, bug spray, and a lunch if you like.
