  1. Trinity River Refuge Headquarters Groundbreaking Event. Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge will be hosting a ground breaking ceremony for the new administrative headquarters on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 10:00 am. The site is located directly across from the Sam Houston Regional Library and Research Center on FM 1011 in Liberty. Refuge staff along with the prime contractor will be on hand to answer questions.   2. Houston’s First Eco-Label. Houston’s first eco-label has recently been launched. It is currently working on producing its debut album, which will feature artists from all over the globe. The label is operated in a sustainable manner, and will continue striving to do so in all ways possible. It’s new album, titled “Elixir”, is being promoted at South By Southwest in Austin. The album will benefit Bat Conservation International, Inc.
