    The fight between Texas and the Environmental Protection Agency continues. The take over of EPA would have a major impact on Texas, which releases more carbon dioxide into the air than any other state. Recently Texas was denied a delay in the EPA’s planto seize control of permits for greenhouse gas emissions from power plants and other large industrial sources in Texas.
