Description: Join the USGBC at their kick-off event, as we discuss the LEED ND Rating system, its adoption and integration within the Texas-Gulf Coast context. The evening will commence with an overview and understanding of the Rating System, followed by a Case Study presentation of the Redevelopment of Mission Road Power Plant (MRPP) in San Antonio. The Client, CPS Energy along with their consultants ERM and Douglas Architects will discuss the adaptation of this re-development project to LEED ND. CPS Energy hopes that MRPP will become only the second project in Texas to achieve LEED ND certification.
