Description: FOCUS is a nationwide environmental education campaign improving children’s understanding of the intimate connection between
the health and sustainability of our water resources and the health of
our planet. The FOCUS program, in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, the National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the Wyland Foundation, and Texas partners, combines classroom, community, and art activities to encourage youth to explore their connection to the environment in creative and conscientious ways. This FOCUS event will highlight student artwork spanning the watershed, showing connections between forests, the ocean, climate and communities.
