Description: Join real estate industry experts and leaders in the green culture for an informative and casual tour of two impressive LEED® spaces in Houston’s Westchase district, Granite’s Westchase I and II complex located at 10350 Richmond. Self-guided tours kick off at the Westside Cafe (Suite 150 in Westchase II) and will have LEED® teams; including Property Managers, Architects, Building Engineers and Contractors on hand to help highlight unique property features and to answer questions about going green, adopting new tenant processes, green leases and the challenge of the LEED® certification process.

$25 per person if RSVP received by 9/13 $35 after 9/13 or at the door as a walk-in. Price includes two building tours, wine and beer reception, cut sheets and information, complimentary parking and appetizers (sponsored by Granite).

Westchase I is a LEED EBOM (Existing Building Operation and Management) and Westchase II is LEED CS (Core and Shell). In recent years, the complex underwent a cultural change intended to improve and capture efficiencies. Projects included tenant education, capital improvement projects, adoption of green cleaning, space conversion and buildouts, improving ENERGY STAR ratings, recycling and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
