The town hall will start off with a panel of experts. The Sierra Club has invited those who are opposed to the coal plant — an air quality expert, a water expert, and an expert on the impacts of coal. The Sierra Club has invited those in favor of the coal plant to defend their support of the coal plant — Mr. Randy Bird of White Stallion, and local officials Judge Nate McDonald, Bay City Mayor Richard Knapik, and Owen Bludau of the Economic Development Corporation.
