Topic: EarthQuest Institute is a global epicenter for sustainability education, entertainment and research that will be located within the EarthQuest Adventures Theme Park in New Caney, Texas. The primary mission at the EarthQuest Resort is to provide a uniquely satisfying and engaging experience for our guests. The EarthQuest Institute will be built to reflect state-of-the-art practices in energy conservation and environmental sensitivity.
This event will present the USGBC Branch to Montgomery County and how it will serve the community. The branch is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization run by volunteers who sign up to be members. Members will educate and advocate water conservation, recycling, renewable energies, sustainable planning, design and construction practices to promote the quality of life in Montgomery County. USGBC is the administrator of the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program for residential and commercial projects. All are invited to come make a difference and learn how partnering with USGBC Montgomery Branch can help you and your community.
