Description: Adult volunteers are needed to help students from Houston area high schools as they examine and remove invasive plants and plant native grasses in Hermann Park as part of an outdoor education program organized by Endangered Species Media Project, Coastal Prairie Partnership and Hermann Park Conservancy.
As a volunteer, you can help in one or more ways:
* explain and identify invasive plants to groups of students
* supervise the planting of native grasses
* help students make seed balls
* assist with food setup and distribution of tools and materials.

Volunteers will be served lunch. Master Naturalists candidates may receive credit hours.
