Free Training Workshop at Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary

Saturday, October 10, 9:00 a.m. to noon. The non-profit Audubon Docent Guild is offering a free volunteer training workshop at the historic log cabin at the Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary, 440 Wilchester Blvd.  Anyone interested in helping with nature education programs at the sanctuary (sanctuary tours, preschool nature hours, owl prowls, birthday parties, school/library programs, and nature camps) is invited to attend.  No experience is necessary but reservations are required.  For more information or reservations, e-mail docent@houstonaudubon.org or call 713-464-4900.
