Comment on Grand Parkway Segment E

Corps of Engineers asks for comments about Grand Parkway Segment E wetlands permit. The public comment deadline for the permit, which would allow for the destruction of wetlands to build Segment E, is September 18.  http://www.houstontomorrow.org/livability/
