The 12th Annual Recycling & Sustainability Summit will be held from August 30 – September 2 at the Moody Garden Convention Center, Hotel and Spa in Galveston. Aside from Summit being a great educational and networking opportunity, your participation in this year’s event will also contribute to the revitalization of the unique Texas treasure that is Galveston, devastated by Hurricane Ike less than 8 months ago.  The STAR is proud to donate a portion of Summit proceeds on behalf of our attendees and sponsors, to the City of Galveston Recycling Center which was destroyed by the storm.
