SOUTHWEST REGIONAL BIOLOGIST

The Wildlife Habitat Council is a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to the enhancement and creation of wildlife habitat. It works with corporations and other private landowners to help them voluntarily manage their lands for biodiversity through employee and community involvement. It is looking for a creative, skilled biologist/ecologist in Houston, TX. The position focuses on engaging corporate landowners in biodiversity stewardship and sustainable land management through strong partnerships with industry, state and federal government agencies, and non-profit organizations. S/he will be responsible for recruiting and advising corporate landowners in southwestern states and connecting their efforts to larger-scale initiatives.
