FRUIT TREE SALE COMING SOON

The Urban Harvest fruit tree sale is coming up soon – Saturday, January 19. Before you succumb to those visions of lemons and peaches (or pears, plums, kumquats…) dancing in your head, attend a free talk to help prepare you to properly care for your tree. Heidi Sheesley of Treesearch Farms and Ray Sher will speak about all fruit varieties that will be at the sale as well as planting and caring for trees on Saturday January 5 and 12 from 2 to 4 pm at 1900 Bering Drive, Emerson Unitarian Church. Reservations are not required, just show up. The sale will be Saturday, January 19 from 9 am to1 pm, also at Emerson United Church. For a full list of trees and prices see Urban Harvest’s website.
