COUNCIL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION NOW HIRING

The Council for Environmental Education (CEE) seeks a program leader for its Flying WILD national bird education initiative. A key function of the position will be to build the Flying WILD City Partner Network. Qualifications include three years in program administration, preferably at the state or national level is required, excellent writing skills and strong communication skills are essential to success in the position. Experience working with urban audiences is a plus, as is experience in writing funding proposals. A degree in education, environmental education, curriculum and instruction, natural resources or related field is required.The group is also seeking an experienced administrative assistant to maintaining databases, execute mass mailings, plan and organize conferences and meetings, and otherwise manage the office. A degree and a minimum of two years of administrative experience are required as well as knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially MS Access, and some desktop publishing, such as Quark
