PROJECT COORDINATOR FOR EAST TEXAS PROJECT

The Texas Pineywoods Experience combines land conservation and tourism to protect 500,000 acres of forestland and leverage millions of dollars from public and private sources to promote economic growth in the area. Continued growth of the project has created the need for a project coordinator. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and three years experience in forestry, biology, tourism, economic development, parks and recreation, journalism or a related field. Public speaking and writing skills and familiarity with the East Texas landscape are highly desirable.
