DIRECTOR OF GREEN BUILDING CENTER

The city of Houston’s Public Works and Engineering Department is seeking an architect, engineer, or related professional to establish a resource center providing green building information and options for building industry professionals, people seeking building permits, and the general public. He or she will develop a city web page for Houston’s green projects and collect web resources for the public, including a clearinghouse for all green building activity and lists of professionals in the city. Three (3) years experience working on green buildings initiatives, sustainability or environmental technology or analytical experience related to the type of work being performed are required.
