GULF COAST GREEN SEEKS PRESENTERS

Gulf Coast Green seeks presenters for its 2008 symposium. It hopes to engage the best and brightest to educate attendees of the April 3-6 gathering on building-related issues for hot and humid climates. With over 600 attendees in 2006 and 800+ predicted for 2008, the Gulf Coast Green Symposium has proven to be the leading green building conference in the Gulf Coast region. This year’s topics include Meeting the Carbon Neutral Challenge, Ecological Design, Sustainable Land Use and Development, and Innovations in Sustainable Design.The conference is geared toward attendees with an intermediate to high level of knowledge about building sustainability issues. Gulf Coast Green seeks presentations relevant to the topics listed above and to hot/humid climates. Presentations may focus on high and low tech innovative building systems, recent technologies, cutting-edge research, or case studies.
