SURFRIDER FOUNDATION AND ASTROS “BEACH NIGHT”

The Houston Astros have invited the Surfrider Foundation Texas Chapter to participate in “Beach Night” Friday, August 10th. Ellis Pickett, the group’s chairman, will be throwing out the first pitch. After the game, he will be raffling off a surfboard donated by Rusty Preisendorfer and autographed by Astros catcher Brad Ausmus. Raffle tickets must be bought by August 8. They will be sold at the Surfrider Texas booth on the Club Level at Minute Maid Park during the Astros series against the Chicago Cubs on August 6-8 or by following the instructions at the Surfrider website.
