AUDUBON BRINGS BIRDS TO YOUR LIBRARY
The Houston Audubon Society is presenting several of its popular bird lectures at Houston library branches.Â
Birds of the Bayou City, about the amazing array of birds soaring over our parks and nesting in our backyards, will be at the Fifth Ward Branch on July 31 at pm. There will be live birds and hands-on activities.
Nighttime Nature, introducing some of the fascinating creatures that come out when the sun goes down, will be at Scenic Woods Branch on June 27 at 10:30 am.
Silent Hunters, which explore the world of owls and offers the opportunity to meet live owls and dissect some owl pellets, will be at the Oak Forest Branch on July 28 at 10:30 am.
Wild About Houston, about the amazing creatures living and surviving in our big city, will be at the Bracewell Branch on July 27 at 4:30 pm and at the Hennington-Alief Branch on July 19 at 9:30 am. There will be live animals from the different animal kingdoms.
