CEC member groups Environment Texas, Environmental Defense, and Houston Climate Protection Alliance are urging calls in support of HB 3693, which may be voted on today. Texas wastes huge amounts of electricity, about twice as much as other states. Efforts to use energy with thrift save money, clean the air, and protect the climate.
