STUDY THE 2035 TRANSPORTATION PLAN

The Livable Houston Network study group will explore the 2035 Regional Transportation Plan, concentrating on TxDOT and HCTRA’s apparent agreement to use toll revenues to fast track construction of a series of major freeway expansions (which is further explained below). The meeting will be Friday, May 4, from 11 am to 1 pm at Upper Kirby District Building, 3015 Richmond. We will be discussing the possible impact of these actions on our various environmental issues and the RTP itself, alternatives and action plans, and an environmental assessment of tolling.
