AIR TOXICS AND THE LEGISLATURE

Mothers for Clean Air and Galveston Houston Association for Smog Prevention (GHASP)’s monthly Air Exchange meeting on Thursday, April 19, will feature Kelly Haragan, GHASP Clean Air Counsel, to speak about “Air Toxics and the Legislature.” She will be discussing the various air toxics bills that have been filed during the 2007 Texas legislative session. The meeting begins at 7 pm with a social time and refreshments, and the discussion follows at 7:30. The meeting is at Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 5308 Buffalo Speedway.
