AMERICORPS GRANTS TO WORK IN PARKS AVAILABLE NOW

The Houston Parks and Recreation Dept. and Hermann Park Conservancy currently have multiple openings for the HPARD/AmeriCorps grant program. Individuals, 17 years of age and older, are encouraged to apply for this unique, part-time service program designed to enhance job experience and skills while meeting parks and recreation needs in our community. Participants receive a modest living allowance and earn money for college expenses as part of the program.
